Terms & Conditions

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using a Trikuu account. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity performed through their account.

Task Posting

Task posters must provide accurate task descriptions, budgets, locations, deadlines, and requirements. Illegal, unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited tasks are not permitted on Trikuu.

Task Performers

Performers must accept only tasks they can complete honestly, safely, and lawfully. Fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, fake submissions, or abuse of platform workflows may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Payments & Wallet

Wallet balances are platform balances used within Trikuu. Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Trikuu may temporarily hold funds during fraud reviews, disputes, task verification, payment investigations, or compliance checks.

Platform fees, commissions, and applicable charges may be deducted according to platform policies.

Delivery, Errands & Property Transfers

Trikuu acts solely as a technology platform connecting task posters and task performers.

Trikuu does not take possession of, inspect, transport, store, monitor, verify, or control any goods, parcels, documents, cash, property, or items exchanged between users.

All delivery, pickup, transportation, courier, and errand tasks are performed entirely at the users' own risk.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the identity, trustworthiness, and reliability of the other party before handing over any item.

For high-value items including but not limited to laptops, mobile phones, tablets, jewelry, cash, electronic devices, confidential documents, certificates, and personal property, users are strongly advised to verify identity and maintain photographs, receipts, tracking records, and proof of transfer.

Trikuu shall not be liable for theft, loss, fraud, misappropriation, damage, disappearance, unauthorized retention, delayed return, or failure to deliver any item exchanged through the platform.

Any dispute relating to ownership, possession, delivery, loss, damage, recovery, or transfer of property shall be resolved directly between the users involved.

Package Declaration

Users posting delivery or errand tasks represent and warrant that any parcel, package, bag, envelope, or item associated with the task contains only lawful contents.

The task poster bears full legal responsibility for the contents of any package or item exchanged through the platform.

Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, requesting, transporting, delivering, storing, or exchanging any illegal, dangerous, restricted, or regulated item.

  • Drugs and narcotics
  • Marijuana, cannabis, ganja, cocaine, heroin, MDMA, ecstasy
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives
  • Hazardous chemicals or toxic materials
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Fake passports, licenses, IDs, certificates, or documents
  • Any item prohibited under applicable law

Trikuu does not inspect packages and makes no representation regarding the legality, authenticity, safety, or contents of any item.

Disputes

Trikuu may review disputes using submitted evidence, communications, uploaded files, transaction records, task history, and account activity.

Decisions regarding platform operations, account status, payment handling, moderation actions, and dispute processing shall be final.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in scams, fraud, harassment, fake tasks, fake reviews, impersonation, spam, payment abuse, money laundering, unlawful activity, attempts to bypass platform protections, or actions that harm other users or Trikuu.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Trikuu reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, courts, government agencies, and legal investigations whenever required by law or when criminal activity is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

Trikuu operates solely as an online marketplace connecting independent users.

Trikuu does not guarantee user conduct, task quality, delivery outcomes, payment outcomes, uninterrupted availability, task completion, or dispute outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trikuu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of the platform.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be restricted, frozen, suspended, or permanently terminated for policy violations, suspicious activity, fraud risk, payment abuse, harassment, illegal conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Trikuu may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of Trikuu shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
