Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they post on Trikuu.

Wallet and Payment Information

Wallet balances and transaction history are maintained by Trikuu for platform operations. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Trikuu does not store card details, UPI credentials, netbanking credentials, CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment instrument details.

Communication Data

We may process messages, support tickets, notifications, dispute communications, and related attachments submitted through the platform to enable task coordination, support, moderation, and safety review.
