Wallet Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once the credit has been successfully added to your Trikuu account. Please double-check your top-up amount before confirming your transaction, as these funds are designated for platform tasks and payments.
Failed Payments
Any failed payments where the amount is debited from your account but not credited to the Trikuu wallet are handled directly by the payment provider (Razorpay) or your bank. Such transactions are usually automatically refunded or reversed by the payment processor within 5 to 7 business days.
Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payments occur due to system errors or technical glitches during a top-up, they may be reviewed by Trikuu. Users must provide valid payment receipts and statements to initiate a review.
Task Disputes
In cases of disputes between task posters and performers regarding task completion or quality of work, Trikuu will review the dispute case-by-case. Payouts or refunds from held funds will be decided based on evidence, chat records, and task history.
Chargeback Abuse
Abuse of chargebacks or raising fraudulent disputes with banks or payment providers without attempting to resolve the issue through Trikuu support is prohibited. Engaging in such abuse may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
